I LOVE Bixby Joe’s. From delicious, fresh bagels and pastries to a plethora of drink options AND vegan options too. Everyone can come here and find something to enjoy. The picture is their June special the Biscoff cookie latte. Yum! The ambiance doesn’t have any particular niche, just a solid neighborhood coffee shop with plenty of tables to come and sit and work. 10/10 highly recommend!

I was passing by and this place had vegan options. I pulled in to get a coffee and lunch. I ordered a vegan wrap and it was delicious! The veggies were fresh and crisp! The cold brew coffee was excellent as well! They have more vegan options to try so when I'm in the area I look forward to dining again.
One of the best coffee shops sandwich shops bagel shops in the Bixby Knolls Long Beach area! I recommend this place has great Wi-Fi and a great atmosphere the folks there run it are awesome Sue and Andrew are like family now!
I really enjoy coming to this neighborhood favorite. The food is good (especially the breakfast sandwiches), and they have a variety of drinks from coffees, teas, lemonades, bottle waters, and other drinks. Something for everyone. There is plenty of seating inside and outside. The vibe is very relaxed. I prefer this shop over any other chain coffee shop.
This place is fantastic. Very friendly atmosphere, great music, it’s a local staple. What I really appreciate about Bixby Joe is the many vegan options they offer on the menu. The matcha is really good. They have some fantastic bagels and you can get them with vegan cream cheese! Also they just added vegan butter! Hummus, avocado, veggie sandwich on squaw bread, vegan milks and smoothies. Amazing menu and quality every time I’ve been here which is over a dozen. Thank you Bixby Joe for being so amazing!
Bixby Joe's is a phenomenal place. Every time I go I get great service with a smile and the coffee options never fail me. The cinnamon roll with the Butterfinger mocha is a must try.
